Changing View Options



PR-Tracker now can allow you to change the font settings.  In addition, you can show/hide column headers or toolbar. PR-Tracker also allows you to have the first or last problem report in your problem list to be selected after querying.

To Hide/Show Column Headers on the problem list, perform the following steps:

  1. To Hide Column Headers

    1. Select View Options from View menu.
    2. A View Options dialog box will appear.
    3. By default, Show column headers on problem list checkbox contains a check mark. Click on the checkbox, the check mark will disappear.
    4. Choose OK. As the result, all Column Headers are now not displayed in the Problem List form.
  2. To Show Column Headers again

    1. Perform steps 1,2 from Hide Column Headers.
    2. Then click on Show column headers on problem list checkbox. A check mark will appear.
    3. Choose OK. As the result, all Column Headers are now displayed in the Problem List form.

To Hide/Show Toolbar on the problem list, perform the following steps:

  1. To Hide Toolbar

    1. Select View Options from View menu.
    2. A View Options dialog box will appear.
    3. By default, Show toolbar on problem list checkbox contains a check mark. Click on the checkbox, the check mark will disappear.
    4. Choose OK. As the result, the toolbar is now not displayed in the Problem List form.
  2. To Show Toolbar again

    1. Perform steps 1,2 from Hide Toolbar.
    2. Then click on Show toolbar on problem list checkbox. A check mark will appear.
    3. Choose OK. As the result, the toolbar is now displayed in the Problem List form.

To Select the first or last problem report on the problem list after query, perform the following steps:

  1. Select the first problem report

    1. Select View Options from View menu.
    2. A View Options dialog box will appear.
    3. Click on Select first problem in list after query option box.
    4. Choose OK.
    5. Hit F5 to refresh your query. The result is the first problem report is now highlighted instead of the last one in the Problem List form.
  2. To Select the last problem report again

    1. Perform steps 1,2 from above.
    2. Then click on Select the last problem in list after query option box.
    3. Choose OK.
    4. Hit F5 to refresh your query. The last problem report is now highlighted.
