HTML Report Generator can run in two modes: Command Line and Normal modes.

To generate HTML Files in Command Line Mode, follow these steps:

1. Go to Start, select Run... command.
2. Type in the text box one command line argument.
3. Choose Ok.

To generate HTML Files in Normal Mode, follow these steps:

1. Open using HTMLGenerator.exe or from Tools menu in PR-Tracker, select HTML Report Generator.
2. Enter all data required in the HTML Report Generator form.
3. Select Generate HTML Files button.
4. HTML Report Generator will create HTML Files and display a message saying that it completes the task when all html problem reports files are created.
