1. Hyperlinks may be inserted to problem reports either by doing a right mouse click on the detailed description field and selecting Insert Hyperlink from the popup menu or clicking on the Insert Hyperlink button on the problem report
   
   form.
2. In the Insert Hyperlink dialog, type the web address and the link text in the appropriate textboxes. Then click OK.
