To append information into an existing problem report:

1. Select the problem report you want to append from the Problem List.
   
2. From Edit menu, select Append.
3. The problem report data form will be displayed.
   
4. During this edit operation you can modify any of the fields that are enabled and append additional text at the end of the problem details.
