Creating an Email Profile for PR-Tracker

To create an email profile for PR-Tracker do these steps:

  1. Open the Windows Control Panel by pressing the Windows Start button and selecting Settings | Control Panel.
  2. Double-click the Mail and Fax applet (or it could be just Mail). If you don't have one of these applets it means Microsoft Messaging is not installed.
  3. A dialog showing the setting of the default email profile will be displayed. Press button Show Profiles. This will display the Mail and Fax dialog. A list of email profiles will be displayed. There will probably be only one item in this list.
  4. Press the Add button. This will bring up a setup Wizard.  Follow the directions to configure the new email profile.  Make sure to include the personal address service in the profile settings.
